I demand immediate clarification on the following:
– Confirmation that my payment has been received and allocated to order #5544.
– A clear update on the status of my order and expected delivery timeline.
– An explanation for the lack of communication despite my follow-up email.
If I do not receive a satisfactory response within 48 hours, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter further, including lodging a formal complaint with your bank’s fraud department.
